The value for the money. Bathroom is huge! Room is good size for what I paid for $63 including tax per night for a king size bed. Location is not too bad, no planes! Cars at night is not as loud.
This is not your 5 star Hotel with all the lavish amenities, but if you are on a tight budget this is a very good hotel for the money! I must warn you guys who plans to stay here. Bring your own towel, shampoo and soap. Toilette is set for water conservation so you have to flush twice or more. As opposed to the toilette, bring thick (atleast 1") flip flops, bcos the shower heads is not a water saver, so the water gushes out pretty fast and fills up the tub before it goes down the drain. Parking stalls are for compact cars so it's quite tough getting in and out of the vehicle when there's vehicles parked on both sides of your vehicle. No views on this hotel, so go and rest instead... The price was very cheap in comparison to other motels.
Its location kind of far from entertainments. For example, I needed to drive more than half an hour to visit Hollywood hills and the same for other attractions in LA.

- Huge bed. - Nice bathroom.
- The carpet looked like it hasn't been clean for a while. I walked around the room with white socks on and the got totally black of dirty. - There's a very light, but annoying incense smell everywhere. - No breakfast. - Far from most of the nice things in LA.

It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very hrelpful

Wasn't paying for a whole lot of things we don't use.
Location was not good but hard in LA anywhere. No extra cent was spared but things like slightly better toilet paper would have not cost a lot extra.
